Manage Your Team

That is a program in one of TV station in indonesia. I am very interested with this. There are many knowledge I can get. Actually many experts say almost same that the theory to manage a team including manage a country.

According to program, one expert says like this. If you want to success in managerial, you need to have some important skills. Hmm..in my mind, what is that?

First. You have to gather the people that have same passion and interest with you besides that you have to find the expert one among them.So, in other word, you have to collect the skillful person beside you.

Second. You have to make a good communication with your team and always review the performence even your performence. This is will be effective to get the problem among team and it will be easy to find the problem solving.

Third. You have to always support your team in all aspect especially in the problem of work or something like that. So, your team will be feel that you really want to help them. In this case, it is very related to the second one, because as often as you have a communication with your team, that you can support your team often too.

Fourth. You have to be creative. This is very important when you want to solve a problem, to find the strategy, to manage your team with several ways and others.

Actually, there many ways how to manage your team. Besides from theory and experts, we can get it from our experience in ourlife. So, Keep Spirit , always believe that you are the best and can do the best……..

 

 

 

Introduction of Cloud Computing

Cloud Computing is a new era in internet world. Cloud means shape of granules of ice particles in the atmosphere. Cloud computing try to make an idea that inspired by Cloud. Base on Cloud itself, cloud computing make components of the computer put in the one network in the group as called cloud.

Based on category, Today Cloud divide into 3 categories, Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a service, Software as a Service. Lets try to elaborate one by one. First, Infrastructure can be analogy as server, storage, place and so on. The parts of the infrastructure are not in our home, office but there are sharing in the cloud.  For Example, a company want to add or make a server but they do not want to buy by themselves because of financial condition. So, they can buy some infrastructure (virtual) to help their business with the cloud provider. Besides, If some companies want to back up their data but that is not in their server, they can buy a storage back up for a certain time.

Second is Platform as a Service. Typical platform include a computer’s architecture, operating system, programming language and related user interface (run-time system libraries or graphical user interface). Platform as a service means that some platform that we need is not important to install in personal PC, notebook or others. We can access the platform only we have internet connection. For example  Microsoft Azure, This system consist of Microsoft visual studio and Microsoft SQL server. In this service, we can use both of application directly without install that application in our computer.

Third, Software as a Service (SaaS) is more famous than both above. Google apps, that is one of the example implementation Software as a Service. Many corporates have implement SaaS for their business, eventhough if application has business value in market the corporate can rent the application to public and will become other income for them. In implementation, SaaS is application that install and run in cloud server. In Users prespective,  SaaS is looked as same application that they access an application in internet. But, there is key point to differentiate them, that is cloud. In Cloud, the components of SaaS will be installed and run there. So, user doesn’t need to install the application in their own server or PC.

All of this explanation, we can make conclusion that Cloud Computing is very possible and appropriate for supporting of development of business needs. Many experts in the word have predicted that cloud will dominate in the world at 1 until 2 years later.
